Rates at Maison Juliette start at just 899 €/week or 199 €/night. For less than the cost of two hotel rooms, you can enjoy a luxurious 3000 sq.ft. (290 m2) private house with your friends and family.
Minimum stay is just 3-4 nights, although rates are lower if you stay for a full week – there’s plenty to do in Carcassonne.
You can book on VRBO, HomeAway, AirBnB or TripAdvisor, but those platforms will add a 8-15% booking fee. Contact us directly to avoid booking fees.

Minimum stay is 4 nights in July-Aug and Christmas / New Years; only 3 nights the rest of the year.

Cleaning fee is 99 €. Rates include utilities, linens and towels.

Discounts of 200 €/week available for additional weeks. Carcassonne is a great base for a long stay in the south of France.
Deposits & Payments

A deposit of 30% is required at time of booking. The balance of rental fees is payable no later than 60 days before your arrival date.
